is hydrobiologist and expert in analytical ecogeochemistry. He is key researcher at the VIRIS Laboratory for Analytical Ecogeochemistry of the Department of Chemistry the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences Vienna.
His current research activities mainly aim at the application of elemental and isotopic analyses by (LA-)ICP-MS to questions in aquatic ecology (“aquatic ecogochemistry”) with a special focus on multi-scale chemical imaging using ArcGIS and chemometrics.
