ON SITE REGISTRATION OFFICE
The registration office is open from Sunday 08:00 and can be found in
the first floor of the venue Arlbergwell.com.
Between 12:00 and 18:00, the registration is located in the foyer right
after the entrance.
Please note that the registration office is closed during the opening
ceremony on Sunday 18:00 - 21:00. If you arrive late, please proceed
directly to the opening ceremony held in the North Hall of the venue.
During the week, the registration office is open from 08:00 - 20:00 and located in the first floor of the venue. If you arrive on Monday after 08:25 and have not proceeded with your registration, yet, please proceed directly to the lecture and register during the coffee break in order to avoid disturbance during the lecture sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation made prior to December 15th 2016 will be subject to a € 50,- administration fee. After that date the full amount of the invoice has to be paid and no refunds can be made.
